Brenda McMillan is one of the hardest working realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We were trying to acquire a HUD home and due to the housing market and economy we ended up having to go through several different lenders. We would get half way through a loan and then the guidelines would change and we would have to start all over again. We even experienced issues with the listing on the intranet. Right from the very beginning it was listed wrong and eventually got taken off and then we had to wait for it to come back up and start all over again. Unless you experienced it yourself you would never believe the hurdles that had to be crossed for us to get our home. It ended up taking several months and whenever I was ready to give up Brenda told me we did not come this far to give up now. We are now living in our home and it truly was worth the hard work, but I could have never done it without her. Any other realtor would have given up right from the start, but what separates Brenda from the rest is that she truly cares about her clients and enjoys what she does. I hold Brenda McMillan in high regard and highly recommend her to make your dreams of owning your own home come true. Not only was she my realtor, but she ultimately became my friend.

I was pre-approved through Rural Development. All I had to do was choose a house. I am so glad that I chose our new home and Brenda McMillan as the realtor. She holds a wealth of knowledge about real estate and the process of buying a home. With Rural Development, there are certain procedures and paperwork that have to be done, which can be tedious, but Brenda always went the extra mile to get everything done. I was so nervous about the home-buying process, but every time I talked to Brenda, I was immediately put at ease. Because of my previous living situation, I was desperate to get a new home and very quickly. When we went under contract, we had decided for a 60 day closing date. Then, Rural Development told me that I could close earlier, and I chose a date that everything had to be done in about 10 days. Trust me, a lot had to be done… punch list, HVAC installation, final inspection, termite certification, a new survey…. and I’m sure much more of which I may have been unaware, but she and the builder came through for me. She always kept me informed of what was being done, and then what was next. My dream of becoming a homeowner is now a reality. For me, this was a very exciting, and at times, scary process, but with Brenda McMillan as my realtor, it was a great experience.

Brenda sold property for my company.  There were some glitches along the way that required patience and skill in resolving.   Brenda’s professionalism and patience were evident throughout the months required to resolve the issues and she persevered.
